To those wishing to visit or stay with a patient:

  1. Visitation is limited to patients who agree to it in principle.
  2. For reasons of privacy, no name plates are placed on patient rooms.
  3. Visiting hours: 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  4. The front gate is open from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. For entrance and exit during other hours, please use the after-hours emergency entrance on the north side after speaking on the intercom found there.
  5. All visitors must stop at the Staff Station of the ward before visiting a patient.
  6. In order to maintain an environment for good medical treatment, please refrain from making loud footsteps.
  7. Please use the Day Area or Visiting Area to meet a patient.
  8. Visitors are not allowed to use the restroom in a patient room (with multiple beds). Please use the restroom found in the middle of each floor or ward.
  9. The Pediatrics ward (fourth floor west) and Obstetrics and Child Development ward (fourth floor east) may require you or your child to undertake a physical exam at the entrance, wear a mask, or restrict screenings with your child. Note that ill persons may also be unable to enter these wards out of safety to other patients.

To those wishing to stay with a patient:

  1. Nurses attend to patients during their stay at the hospital.
  2. The attending doctor will determine whether family members can stay with them based on the conditions of the patient.
  3. There are family waiting rooms on each floor. (Paid showers are available on the third floor and open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.)
  4. A night watchman patrols the family waiting rooms at night.
